We have one week to go before the NFL pre-season starts, with the Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys facing off next Sunday night (8.4) on NBC. Here is a brief rundown of the 2013 Inductees into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, in Canton, OH.
Larry Allen: re-defined the offensive line position for the Dallas Cowboys during the 1990's.
Cris Carter: feared receiver. One of his coaches complained that 'all he does is catch touchdowns.'
Curley Culp: defensive player for 14-years, earning a Pro-Bowl appearance in 6 seasons.
Jonathan Ogden: offensive lineman for the Baltimore Ravens for 9-years, 11-time pro-bowler.
Bill Parcells: The Big Tuna. Coached the Giants, Patriots, Jets, Cowboys. Took all four to the playoffs.
Dave Robinson: 12-year defensive player, 3-time Pro-Bowler, 27-career interceptions.
Warren Sapp: formidable defensive lineman for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders, helped the Bucs win a Super Bowl.
